In this hands-on sewing class, students will learn to create a stylish and practical lined tote bag, perfect for everyday use. The class covers essential sewing skills such as making pockets, sewing seams, attaching straps, and installing a magnetic snap closure. By the end of the course, students will have completed a lined tote bag and built a strong foundation in basic sewing techniques. This class is designed for beginners but is also suitable for anyone looking to refine their sewing skills in a supportive, creative environment. All materials are provided! This class requires some basic proficiency in these skills: - Following a seam allowance - Confidence in sewing a straight line - Understanding the basics of sewing two pieces of fabric together (starting and stopping, backstitching)
