Everything is a box! From bookshelves to cabinets, much of woodworking revolves around the fundamental structure of the box. This beginner-friendly class focuses on the core woodworking techniques of box construction. You'll build a basic open-topped box while learning essential skills: precise length cutting, creating rabbets, mitering corners, and cutting grooves. We'll primarily use the table saw, but also explore other tools for achieving similar results. These fundamental skills will empower you to tackle a wide range of projects, from custom boxes and drawers to bookshelves and cabinets. No prior experience necessary!
